Smoking

• Smoking is permitted in the designated area (near the office) only.
• Smoking is prohibited in all other areas.

Swimming Pool, Pool Deck and Lawn Area

• Pool Hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Swimsuits are required. No diapers, please.
• Please remove sand and oily suntan lotions before entering the pool.
• Use of Frisbees, balls or other thrown items is not permitted in the pool or on the lawns.
• Fishing is permitted from the small lanais at the north and south end of the sea wall.

Security

• Please lock all doors to your condominium when you leave the building and at night.
• A safe is provided in each condominium for your valuables.
• First floor lanai lights are motion-activated for security. Please leave the lanai light switched ON at night.
• After sunset, the breezeway gate will be locked. Use your room key to open it, and please be sure to close it behind you.

Lanais

• Please do not leave clothing, swimsuits or towels hanging on lanai furniture or lanai safety rails.

Barbeque Area

• The two gas barbeques at the north end of the property (near the office) are available on a first come, first served basis.
• No cooking after 10:00 PM.
• No other outdoor cooking is allowed on the property.
• Please turn the grills off and turn off the gas supply valve at the wall when done using, and leave the grill in acceptable condition for the next user.

Condominium Furnishings and Utensils

• All condominium furnishings, utensils and dishware are individually owned. Please do not move items from one condominium unit to another
• Please ensure that any articles removed from the condos (e.g., for the pupu party) are returned to the unit from which they came.
