Kulakane Rental Rates
The Kulakane has 42 fully furnished apartment and townhouse suites. First and second floor suites are one-bedroom, one-bath and may accommodate up to 4 persons. Third floor suites are two-bedroom, two-bath townhouses accomodating up to 6 persons. All suites are ocean/beach/pool front with private lanais, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and bath with tub and/or shower.

- Rates listed above are $US per night. Additional state and local taxes currently total 12.42%.
- Listed rates are for one or two persons in a one-bedroom condominium, or one to four persons in a two-bedroom condominium. Additional guests, where allowed, are $10 per night per person extra. (Not all condominiums can accomodate additional guests.) Extra-guest charges are not assessed for children under two years of age.
- A $500 deposit is required to reserve a condominium.
- Reservations cancelled in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival are refunded $450 of the $500 deposit.
- Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations are subject to cancellation if payment is not received by then.
- Guests are responsible for breakage, soiling, burns, stains or damage.
- Smoking is prohibited in the condominium units and on the lanais. A smoke-removal cleaning fee will apply if violated.
- There is a cleaning fee for stays of fewer than seven nights ($95 for a 1-bedroom condo, $115 for 2-bedroom condo). The cleaning fee is waived for stays of seven nights or longer.
- Once final payment is received, refunds will be issued only if, and to the extent that, we are able to rent the same condominium unit to another guest for the same dates.
- Minimum Stay
3 nights between 4/15-12/15
5 nights between 12/16-4/14 - Travel insurance is available. Ask our Rental Manager about it.
